Moonmist contains two multi-part Vocal Meditation pieces.

1.  Journey (30:38 mins)

Allow this meditation to truly take you on a journey inward into your own energizing ecstatic realms. In this half hour piece, purely vocal in nature, allow yourself to go with Clare somewhere new, somewhere bright. Use either for your own meditative renewal and upliftment, for wonderful musical support in any therapeutic bodywork, workout, dance, or personal refreshment of any kind. It is movement oriented in nature, whether inner or outer.

2.  Arrival (30:19 mins)

After the journey it is time to relax. Here you enter into your own inner sanctum. You have journeyed. You have arrived. Feel the infinite interior castle of your spiritual being in all its grandeur in this vocal mix of satisfaction and completion. Use to unwind, relax, reward yourself – it’s time to take time…for you. Also good for use in bodywork, energy work, your healing offerings, meditation.

2. Stolen Moments

3. Living in your shadow

Deeya

DeeyaI wrote this song to help people in the midst of the pain of grief. It was originally prompted by the loss some friends of mine had when they were pregnant with their second child and had to let it go, mid-term, and had understandable difficulty moving on with their lives.

The name Deeya, means ‘Little Light’ in Hindi. I am constantly touched and surprised when people hear this song, to hear another story of child loss, or some other kind of loss, that this resonates with and that they have suffered with, sometimes for years. And it seems that there is something in this song that contributes to their healing.

The little light of our dreams that can go out in the face of some personal, devastating loss, is able to be rekindled. And I feel that this song was channeled from the stars and from Deeya, the little light that passed on in my own friends lives. There are thousands of people with little lights in their lives that need protecting, nourishing and healing.

Therefore, I release this to whomever wishes to hear it and I think of you, feel for you, dream for you, in this time of great transition and release and know that you too will find relief, in your own sweet time and I wish you well on your path.

Sincerely yours, with thanks for all that is,

Clare Hedin

Stars and Stones Earth Mysteries Conference

Lawneys Farm, Suffolk

Play (4:54)

Megalith conference in Suffolk last year (Nov 13-15, 2010) – I did a solo concert “Calling The Ancients” on the opening night, accompanied by Gary Newland on hand drums and percussion. This is the opening piece – improvised. I’m playing ocean drum, shruti and singing. Really nice recording done by Stuart Broad. To hear the full concert, go to my media page.
