This workshop is offered in two formats: A wonderful weekend or four consecutive gatherings, in which people will come together to enter and release something that they have been holding onto for too long, or even for too short! Through the art of songwriting, meditation, singing and movement, we will express ourselves both alone, and in group participation. The space will be sacred, protected and intimate. Clare has a lot of experience holding safe space for people to go within and heal those parts of themselves that want to come out and be held and transformed. This workshop is to help people learn to thrive by reclaiming the parts of themselves that have been hiding for too long, waiting for the right moment. We will combine our hearts with our creativity. We may have the option of recording what we create to take home with us – to be discussed at beginning of each workshop.
