This music is the music of Nature; the voices of Water, Wind, Shingles, Trees, Earth, Stone… and my own. There are many rich stories buried deeply in these elements and much love and beauty that lends itself for us to walk with, and dream with, every day.
This CD is two years of field recordings – along with vocal recordings at various UK Sacred Sites. I have visited the Tor & White Springs in Glastonbury, the Chapter House at Wells Cathedral, the North Sea in Aldeburgh, Suffolk and a quiet creek in Oakland, CA – to name a few of the places featured in this album.
I share this with you in the spirit of the miraculous, the tentative and the profound.
