Clare started life in England and moved to the Bay Area almost 20 years ago in order to pursue a creative life of fine art, music and transformative studies. In 2002, she discovered JFK University where she chose to do her Masters Degree in Consciousness Studies, pulling together all her creative and academic interests. Since moving to the Bay Area she has actively explored Consciousness through Music, Art, Dialogue including avenues such as Songwriting, Contemplation, Collaboration and Performance. A large part of her exploration has been focused on the human capacity for intimacy and deep relationship and its resistance towards the same.

Within this, Clare has examined 1) The underlying power within the structure of sound - and its universality 2) The use of Sound, Song and Resonance as a tool for creating healing through expression and connection 3) The ability to actively dream our lives into being through sincere questioning and passionate, authentic, creativity. In her exploration, she has created songs, artwork and writings along with caring networks of people interested in the same. Her intention is to help us improve our soul presence in the world and become stewards for peace.

An accomplished and explorative musician, singer and songwriter, with numerous CDs to date, she performs both locally and abroad, and teaches classes privately and at Globe Recording (www.globerecording.com), San Francisco, CA, on 'Transformation Through Sound Awareness and Personal Presence', ‘Voice’, 'Music Theory', 'Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing' and 'Sound, Nature and Consciousness'. She has had a long association with the Oakland Children's Hospital, using music and personal presence as a spiritual healing tool.
