On many occasions, we at Grace North Church have been privileged to hear Clare Hedin, both in concert and providing special music for our services and special events. Clare’s music is hauntingly beautiful, sung directly from the heart, and often achieving an ethereal luminosity that changes the energy in the room instantly. On many occasions, when Clare has brought a brief musical interlude to an hour-long event, it is her five minutes that people go away talking about. Concert & Sound Healing Journeys:
A wonderful opportunity to really connect with your Soul.
In Concert my songs are my allies, with their lyrical storytelling quality. They touch the part of me that is living the complexity of life as a thinking/feeling being. As we visit with these songs together, the mutuality of our various life paths becomes evident. As we create narratives to our own lives they become stories that support what comes next. Listening to these stories as we feel them can bring us to a discovery that the alchemy of healing is ever present, and a certain ‘inner community’ is waiting to assert itself. Over time we might find that our stories begin to evolve, and then our lives. To me, this is the miracle of healing.
I select songs that I have written over the years – as a source of my own healing and integration – working with piano, guitar, shruti, tibetan bowls, ocean drum, shamanic drum and, of course, voice. At times I perform in collaboration with others.
Watching you on stage last night was sheer joy. You were strong yet vulnerable, connected yet self-assured, cheeky yet sincere… we, the audience, were captivated. In a Sound Healing Journey, with a pure sound transmission, the magical musicality of our gathering unfolds as I draw from the room, the people, the moment. Here, I invoke healing tones for you, without story, leaving the mental body to rest whilst you receive and relax, allowing yourself to sink into the embrace of Spirit. I channel frequencies and sounds that connect your heart to your soul and expand your mind.
There are harmonics our souls yearn for… seek, and when heard it strikes a deep chord of remembrance that we haven’t had before in this lifetime. Alternatively, if you are already attending or designing a tour, I can help deepen your groups experience of visiting these sites so that when you leave, you take them with you, in your heart and your energy field.
