Yin Music Meditation: Musical Journey where Clare intuitively channels creative healing tones. Participants relax, and receive… allowing themselves to be transported out of their bodies into the ultimate embrace of Spirit. It’s a visit to the Sound Spa!

Yang Music Meditation: Musical Journey based on a ritual of introspection & sharing that transforms into a group musical expression. After some group reflection, melodies and harmonies are created to visit with that which we have discovered together. This is a rich experience that becomes an improvised creation whose essence was born of the whole, and yet whose expression is simultaneously individual. It’s very empowering, really fun!, and its mood is inspired by all of us. It has been quite moving to people, and is something that I offer in ritual & group workshop settings and can be used for transformative healing work & even conflict resolution.
