Classes, Talks and Workshops

Discover and learn; using language & dialogue, art, music & self-expression (singing, writing, presenting). There is so much to learn about our Environment, about ourselves. Consciousness, Nature and Deep Listening are our great teachers – learning to listen, our greatest challenge. As we discover more about our ‘outer’ environment, we see more of its relationship to our ‘inner’ environment, and vice versa. For me, the essence of teaching and learning is energy management (self-awareness), supporting and affirming people’s curiosity and being creatively oriented.

(I am adjunct faculty at San Francisco State University, associate teacher at California Institute of Psychoacoustics and teach privately in CA and UK. I have been a multi-displinary artist for the larger part of my life; singer/songwriter, performer, recording artist, visual artist,  researcher, collaborator and have had my own professional recording  studio “Sound Music Studios” for approx. 15yrs. which has released 7 of my origial CDs).

Classes:

  • Creativity & Innovation (exploration of the nature of creativity)
  • Voice Presence (using your voice for presentation, communication or singing)
  • Sound, Nature & Consciousness (exploration of the nature of sound)

Suggested format: 6 weeks, one 2 hr meeting/week. £120/person. *(£45/session – ongoing – also available).

Talks:

  • Living In Your Center - how is it we make the right choices for our Soul’s Joy and Deeper Purpose?
  • Applied Creativity- living a mad life of Sound!
  • Sound Spirit, Deep Listening – why does Creativity matter, and what’s it for?!?
  • Sound, Nature & Consciousness - understanding the nature of sound in our universe.
  • Green Economics; a sustainable life. Exploring Consciousness in the realms of the Creative Collective.

Talks: Day or Evening: 1.5 hrs. £85.

Workshops:

  • Voice Presence (using your voice for self awareness, singing and connection)
  • You Are Energy (learning to read the subtle, everyday, signs that are speaking to you to connect with your full capacity)
  • Music & Dialogue for Self Awareness (group exploration on a theme of choice which transforms from the spoken to the sung)
  • Sound into Spirit – Community Sound Projects (active community explorations in sound for self-awareness in community)

Half Day: 3.5 hrs. £150 | Whole Day: 7 hrs. (inc. 1 hr. lunch break) £250 | Weekend: £350 – ask about including Saturday night concert | Individual: 1 hr. £45.
